Our idea has always been for Tectona to offer her benefits to a wide range of people, but always to specialize in people in recovery by developing a tailor-made programme for them.
We are very fortunate that the Island Trust have agreed to work with us and that it is developing so successfully.
We would like the proportion of MH/R work to increase to about 8 weeks annually, out of a working year of about 30 weeks. But this is an idea rather than a target! It is more important to us to ensure the security of the operation and that it is done well.
